YOGA STUDIO:
General Yoga: For beginners, enthusiasts and fitness freaks; General Yoga is the best
way to start. Here we teach you Basic Asanas, Pranayama, Breathing Techniques,
Surya Namaskar, Kapalbhati etc. Ideal for freaky small ailments which may not
be life threatening but consumes lot of time and gives you pain.
We have different batches in the morning and evening and you can join any
of the batch.
Power Yoga: Advance level yoga where difficulty level is on bit higher side but you
will enjoy doing it. Ideal for weight loss and body toning you can join any
batch from morning or evening.
Meditation and
Pranayama: Pranayama is a traditional system of yogic breathing
exercises."Prana" means life breath. "Yama" means control.
Pranayama is the systematic effort to regulate our breathing. Meditation is an
important element of Yoga and also it's a therapy in its own right.
Personal Capsule: If you are unable to come to our
studio for yoga classes, no worry. Contact us and we come to your home to
render our services and free you from worries.
