YOGA
Yoga is a complete science of life that
originated in India many thousands of years ago. It is the oldest system of
personal development in the world, encompassing body, mind and
spirit. Yoga is a physical practice of stretching the body in
different ways, focusing one's attention, and becoming one with the
universe.
There are five basic principles of Yoga that
can be incorporated into your own pattern of living, to provide a
foundation of long healthy life.
Proper Asanas given by the yoga postures work systematically
on all parts of the body stretching and toning the muscles and ligaments,
keeping the spine and joints flexible and improving circulation.
Proper Yogic Breathing- Pranayam to increase your intake of
oxygen, recharge your body and control your mental state.
Proper Relaxation releases tension in the
muscles, rests the whole system leaving you fresh, energetic and most of
all, positive.

Swasthya Swasth Rakshnam

Ayurveda
Ayush= Life Veda= Science
Ayurveda is a life
science based on above principle. This basic principle makes Ayurveda different
from any pathy. Pathy is curing
the ailment. While the above principle says, Ayurveda helps in taking care of healthy
people health and curing the ill.
Ayurveda is the
upveda of Atharvaveda also honoured as the fifth veda by Lord Shiva himself. Ayurveda
is the divine knowledge passed over by lord Shiva to Daksh prajapati and from
him to Acharyas and then to shishyas to the common people.
Ayurveda is the only
form of treatment that is not a pathy= treatment for ailments and ills. It is
meant for both healthy people as well as ill.
Ayurveda is based on
the basic two treatment types:-
Shodhan and Shaman
Shodhan
/Panchakarma/detoxification chikitsa
The treatments done
to detoxify the body, cleanse each cell to cell of our body and purify our
body, this treatment makes a person younger and fresher by years.
Shaman chikitsa
Shaman chikitsa or
medicinal treatment. In some patients or cases only medicinal treatment is
required as the problem or ailment is not much.
This also includes
the acute treatments for acute conditions like cough, cold or fever. Some
temporary problems can be solved with even diets, diets and medicines, diets
and yoga, medicines only. Shaman chikitsa also includes nourishing diets and
nutritional supplements which are an inevitable parts of life
Our centre is based
on the same above principle. We help healthy people to save (Rakshnam) their
health and treat the ill.
